1. Create the template

Start from a public template provided by Documira or build your own from scratch in the visual editor. Insert variables from a single, easy-to-use menu.

2. Define the variables

Variables (client name, registration number, address, contact details) are filled in once, at the project level. For each record you define the specific variables in a table — for example the client's address, the tender notice number, or details about the contracting authority.

3. Generate the documents

Select the template and one or more records. Documira generates a complete document for each record — saved automatically, with a generated title and instant preview.

4. Edit and export

You can adjust the generated document's content before exporting. Export a single PDF or all selected documents as a ZIP archive — with fonts and formatting intact.
